Something else to try is to turn off driver signing. Do so then remove the drivers (right click uninstall) in device manager.

After re start and install them again.

When I clicked on the link it said that that page was no longer available. I googled how to turn off driver signing and tried that. It told me to type cmd in the run field and click ctrl+shift+enter. Then it told me to type a command in the box and restart. I did that then uninstalled both devices, restarted, and realized that I don't know how to install them again. They just came on my laptop when I purchased it so I don't have anything to reinstall with. They were the Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator and Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI). Is there any way to get them back now??? I'm sorry to be such a pain, and I do appreciate the help!

Never mind, I restarted the computer and it reinstalled the enumerator. Thanks!

Bluetooth ISSCEDRBTA - Windows 7 - not working after sleep

I have exactly the same problem, but I'm using Windows 7 (Build 7100). No problems at all using the bluetooth devices, but after waking from sleep - same problem as you. But mine comes good if i just unplug and re-plug it back in

I've mucked around with the sleep settings, and tried a few other things to no avail (including installing the drivers from this thread).

My temp work-around is to not allow the computer to sleep! Any solutions yet?

    Cheers,

    Craig

I chose the Microsoft > Bluetooth Enumerator but it failed.
Then I thought the chip must be Broadcom since it is the most common vendor so I chose the BCM2033 Bluetooth 2.4 Single Chip Transceiver.

Well, it worked fine, so far

On Windows XP on another PC it called the dongle ISSCEDRBTA and the drivers successfully installed.
However, on Windows Vista, on a different PC it calls it "Toshiba Bluetooth" and after I select the 32-bit driver files it gives this error:
"Windows was unable to install your Toshiba Bluetooth

Windows could not find driver software for your device.

If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit its website and check the support section for driver software."
Did I miss something? I have installed SP2 recently because it was not updated at all until a little bit ago when it was finally connected to the internet.
