Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands is to "feature many of the fan-favorite elements from the original series as well as new gameplay innovations," according to a press release from Ubisoft.
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands is will return to the storyline established by Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time in 2003 and previously concluded by Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones in 2005. On December 14th OneLastContinue reported that Ubisoft UK had released the first details of the story on their official video portal.
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands is the next chapter in the fan-favorite Sands of Time universe. Visiting his brother’s kingdom following his adventure in Azad, the Prince finds the royal palace under siege from a mighty army bent on its destruction.
OneLastContinue also reported that Ubisoft Germany had captioned the trailer as a prequel taking place between The Sands of Time [2003] and the 2004 title Warrior Within seemingly confirming the setting of this title.
A trailer for Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands was premiered worldwide on the 2009 Spike Video Game Awards.

I am thrilled about this! Prince of Persia has to be one of my favorite series of games. I remember playing The Sands of Time, A Warrior Within, and The Two Thrones over and over again on the original Xbox. I really enjoyed the latest Prince of Persia on next-gen consoles, even though it involved a new Prince and storyline. I am glad that this new game will return to the Sands of Time storyline. The movie supposed to be quite good as well.

Yep,Movie Seems So Good,Producers of "Pirates of The Caribbean" trying to make a Good movie,Prince of Persia Prodigy was good, but not better than Sands of Time Trilogy,I'me Glad They Continue Sands of Time.

I Personally Didn't Like The New Prince Face in VGA's Debut Trailer.
