A proposed new law is threatening to disconnect the millions of internet users who unlawfully download free music, films and TV. Jo Whiley looks at how broadband use at home may never be the same, and could even be cut off.

UK users can watch on the iPlayer: BBC iPlayer - Panorama: Are the Net Police Coming for You?
International users can download this from your favorite torrent website by now I would imagine.

Im just about to watch it, thought I would share the link and it could make an interesting topic.

They cant forbid it. That will never happen i do think they will create a way to limit the downloading. The technology is growing exponentially and is not to stop. There is no such thing as regulating that. Besides there will be a big fuss who will have to be responsible for it. Long Live Torrent sites ^^
