    I don't know what it is..

    Maybe a new ship or warhead or something in testing? (trying to sound logical)

    Or maybe captian kirk came into the past and sent a sub-space communication to the Vulcans.. LOL... sry ima sci-fi nerd

    it looks like there just testing something but what is the question. In some of that video it looked liked some kind of new plane.

    It will be some new super secret military spy plane, I dont think E.T. has come to visit us somehow.
