hey guys, so i couldnt wait to start playin ff14 so i started again on ff11. im tryin to play using a Saitek ps2700 rumble pad but it wont seem to work in game. i can make the buttons work in the PlayOnline system and they appear to work via the ffxi config setup but i cant get my pad to work in-game its self. some solution to the problem would be great or if ya can point me to where i need to look that'd be great. iv already looked for drivers but cant find anything much through google.
Does the game support you pad? a lot of older games only supported certain pads. Your drivers sound fine, its most likely the game that is the problem. If you have Vista or 7 try installing the latest Direct X 9, some games dont work correct until this is installed... it will co exist with Direct X 10: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=en I hope that might help.
sorry about the late reply. iv been playing Toy Story 2 on my pc using the game pad, up to date with the latest dx ware and the pad configs in the config menu but doent work in game its self :/ i downloaded the game and have to play it through Steam if that helps at all.
