Uptime is howlong an operating system has been running without been restarted. Windows Vista / 7 users can look in task manager under the performance tab to see the systems uptime. Linux and OSX users can simply type uptime in to the terminal. Lets see who's system has been up the longest:

As Nimrod mentions Windows PC's are never going to get much past 30 days because of Windows update.
I think you can type systeminfo in to command prompt, after it has loaded all the information look for systemuptime or uptime.
