How to make a Hidden Folder

    Ok so I'm going to tell you how to make an Invisible folder!

    1: Go to you desktop and right click, scroll down to "New" then choose "Folder."

    2: Right click the folder that you just made and click "Properties"

    3: Go to the top 4 tabs and click customize. Then scroll down to change icon.

    4: Scroll to the right until you see 3 blank spaces in a vertical row. They will be near a Tree[​IMG].

    5: Choose the top blank space and then exit out of Properties.
    6: Right click the folder again and choose "Rename"
    7: Now HOLD DOWN ALT and while your HOLDING ALT type in 0160 on the NUMBER PAD on the right of your keyboard.

    End result:

    Nice Tutorial, but for what do we need a hidden folder ? :D

    -Edit-
    Btw. you can find this Tutorial in the Windows Guide book :) but who cares, no one is reading it .. :(

    It's better to use TrueCrypt from Link

    this would create a file (container) and you could mount it as a standard disk, It's encrypted and password protected too :)

    The program is free, and you could have it portable too.
