What do you guys think about RDR? I just started playing it and was surprised on how much of GTA they used to mimic some of the gamplay! (Minus the swears ) I might write a review once I get the game started
Rockstar has created another masterpiece here. I like how similar it is to GTA IV, but it still comes across as fresh and new. Really enjoying the game so far, nothing like a good mature Rockstar story.
I love the intro to the game, it really set the scene and plot for the story. I'm not that far in to the game, however ive grown less impressed with it the more i play it. I did find it amusing at first riding about catching Horses but ive soon got bored of that, so far the missions have not really been at all interesting to me... Killer told the game does get a lot better so im going to have to play a bit more and see.
Not sure if I want to go with this or Alan Wake... too many good games out at the moment and Crackdown 2 should be with us next month.
This game looks just awesome, any1 know when/if it will come to the PC? Btw, Hi, Im new to the forums ^^
From what has been said there will be a PC version, though not really sure when that is to come. Darksiders has been out for quite some time now and this month they are finally releasing it for PC, I imagine that Red Dead Redemption would be the same, so give it a few months and it'll probably be out.
Hopefully the PC version won't be as harsh as GTA4. GTA4 for PC demands huge amounts of video RAM(some kind of Microsoft coding policy?), so even with my 8800GTS I'd be limited to low graphics settings.
There are still a select few of us that follow the rules . Although bending the rules is usually more rewarding.
OSDT in French Reminds me of Halo 2 that leaked in french about 3 weeks before release too! Great times on Xlink Kai back then
I have RDR , Alan Wake , Alpha Protocol too .. ok lots of rule bending had to be done to get them but ... i am glad i did not pay out £40 for alpha protocol even though its not a bad game . Alan Wake is ... Deep and needs far more time than i can give right now . RDR is fun .. but boring .. but fun.. and so on etc etc Streetfighter 4 takes me way back to the arcade i used to visit as a teen ... Haddoken !!! hmm now where did i put that Neo Geo ?? Steve
this game is great..i like the countryside and the game itselfs.the new downloadable levels are fantastic too..finally i can kill zombys at RDR
