I’ve seen this done on another forum and thought it was interesting, especially when people were posting stuff with palm trees ;) not something you really see in England!

I see a swimming pool. If only this was my window and not a holiday villa.

Yes hi, this is my back garden.
As you can see it's fairly messy at the moment.
And yes, that is a palm tree just like you wanted.

    Nice, a palm tree!
This is what I see when I look out of my window: a street, a meadow and a forest.

Yeah that is a swimming pool, but thanks to the nature of British weather, I don't get to use it as often as I'd like. :(

We actually got a heater installed this year, so can go in when it's raining (cause you're wet anyway) but getting out is a bitch. :P

I have a pool, here in Florida, and when the pool temperature drops to 80°, its too cold for us to swim in. =P

Its a pain in the ass, because i gotta fill it with water every 3 days due to evaporation. I have to pay $200 water bills. =/

I'll post pictures of it soon, plus the Queen Palms around it. =D

if you want to see some nice palm trees, i can take pictures of our old main street, which is lined with Royal Palms planted by Thomas Edison about 80 years ago.

    "Drops to 80°"?!
We only get it to about 85° at most, and that's if we heat it.
    I guess it's all relative. :P
