Call of Duty Black Ops Title Update 5 Download (1/3 2011)

Is this the last Black Ops update? Because i have a problem: i want to play multiplayer offline split screen with my friends against bots, but to play against bots in offline multiplayer you must download a little update that allows you to put the settings for the bots that makes appear in the offline multiplayer main menu another setting called "options". Does this upgrade include this little upgrade i'm talking about? Because i have no internet connection and i want to play against bots in offline multiplayer! Thank you very much!

Damn it doesn't allow me to play with bots offline, but i'm sure it's working because it fixed me some problems that i had before applicating it... Other solutions? Thanks!
