Yes, that's so you just don't steal the games / DVD's you rent i imagine. If you cancel your account before the 30 day trial is over you will not be charged anything.
You have to add 10 items to your rental list and have one posted out to you, its in the small terms and conditions that no one reads. I have since used my voucher on Amazon and it worked fine
