We should all get along (: luckyvic, I understand your frustration but it's first come first served unfortunately. The beta program was closed nearly 2 weeks ago, you will never get access through contacting MS. There are no spaces, they have reached their limit and are prepairing for the final steps. I suggest you check here frequently in the future to be informed about future beta programs. For now, you'll have to wait which isn't that long at all. Or, someone could give you access as previously stated. Getting angry and flaming isn't going to help matters.
You're right. I'm really frustrated with the whole process from Microsoft. I signed at Connect thinking that good enough. But I'm supposed to check with Major Nelson (did he ever serve in the military, I don't like him) hear through the grapevine. Microsft emails me for several other things/updates. I come here at least 2-3 times a week, but this whole thing with the update was stupid, it was up, it wasn't, go to Major Nelson's and there wasn't anything posted and etc. So, I apologize to the forum.

As of right now there have been NO updates on this process. When the information becomes available via Microsoft it will show up on your Microsoft Connect "Dashboard" (connect.microsoft.com) page. Please continue checking that page for the newest information relating to the preview program. I will go ahead and close down some of the mass duplicate threads on this issue.
No, don't think it would be possible or accurate enough for MS to determine your Console Serial/ID from your Gamertag so you have to fill it in manually.
