    I just hope they'll win, free DotCom and MegaUpload returns, because internet hosters are going to the shitter with all this copyright mosquitoes nowadays.

    Before this even happened hosters weren't afraid of what their users uploaded, now, they've limited to the very maximum or take down the files & the user whom uploaded it. It's just terrible like this now.

    The raids / seizure of equipment was illegal, they seized the domain megaupload.com and all megauploads servers, effectively killing the business.

    Say he's found innocent, which is looking quite possible they have ruined a perfectly legit business. He could then take legal action for millions i presume.

    Not sure how right what i say is, however it definitely looks like a case of guilty until proven innocent here.

    And I hate the fact that the US has felt the need to go outside of its jurisdiction to do these shenanigans. I can only imagine the response if police from NZ raided a house in the US...
