New Year fast approaching, and for some reason we all make resolutions of things we're going to do to change for the benefit the next year. So I ask, whats yours?
Mine's health related to, managed to shred half my body fat in the past 6 months, so my resolution for 2013 is to finish the other half and get back to ideal weight.
My resolution is kinda health related too. I used to drink nothing but Mountain Dew everyday, now all I really drink is water and that alone has got me losing weight. Of course that is over 510-850 calories alone just by cutting that out as I would drink 3-5 in a day. I already feel a lot better because of it too. Can't say I really have anything else besides that.
Hello again! Been a while... I'm trying to get a girlfriend. Heh. Oh, and I'm also trying to get fit again. Lost a lot of my abilities from not building them and I want them back!
I have a few: Eat Healty; e.g: Replace Coke and Mtd Dew with Water... Replace Junk Food with fruit... Go walking more (Now I have a dog, This will help) Be Less Annoying; Dont know why, I have some annoying trate built into me... Spend less time living online and more offline Finish my college Course and enroll onto level 3 And ofcorse, Post more on digiex Can anybody think of any better things to add onto my list?
Mine is to do more exercise too, i used to do quite a bit when i was at Uni, however that kinda stopped once i graduated. All i do now is walk 10 mins for the bus, then walk 5 mins when i get off the bus at work. Then of course the same again going home. I wouldn't say i'm out of shape, but i do spend all day sat in front of a computer at work, so it cant hurt to be more active.
New Years Resolution: - Become a Security Guard. It's something that I want in 2013 and am able to achieve without a doubt, though I know its pros and cons, but I'm cool with that. Later on consider applying to be a police officer (I think it takes 3 years or so). I've informed myself of all of this. - Find my soul mate, or just go out with friends. - No fizzy drinks, healthy food. Absolutely-Not-Necessary-But-Wanted-For-Collector's-Purpose: - Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 (It's a terrible game & I hate it but as a Sonic fan I feel I have to have it on 360 as I've got the other ones; SU / SG)
Spend more time with friends whether that be on XBL, online or in person (bound to happen as me and InsaneNutter have certain gears already in motion ) Move in with my partner hopefully somewhere closer to family and friends (ties in with first one too) Get back into exercise, in 2010 I did quite a bit of running etc and managed to lose about 3 stone in 6 months. People said I wasn't that fat before I started but I felt so much better after I lost the weight and got healthier, need to get back there
Well , mine is : Do more stuff in my House like new carpeting , painting the walls , replace some plumbing...
Two new ones: 1. No meat/fish (unless special occassions) 2. All related; Lift ups (10 Kilos, but will increase within time), press ups (40 but also gonna go for 60) and run every Saturday. Personally, I'm fit and healthy, not a requirement to be fit (I'd hate to be fat), so it's pretty much just a hobby to stay sharp.
Ten years ago mine was to give up smoking - which I did. Since then it has been the same one - to loose weight - which I have not succeeded in - I wish it was as easy as giving up smoking so this years, surprise, surprise, mine is to loose weight.....again!
