Has anyone used a bluetooth usb adapter for a pc to transfer music/other stuff to a cell phone and what model or product it is?
I have and I have 2 I use a plantronic for voice with my blue tooth headset and then a Kensington for connecting to my phones for music and pics ill get the model when I get home right now posting from my HTC thunderbolt Ok just got home the adapter i use for transfer is a Kensington model 33348 usb 2.0 and for audio i use a Plantronics model bua-100 (i use this one for audio because i use it with a plantronics model 320 headset)
I purchased a generic no branded one many years ago If you have Windows 7 you can just plug it in and it will install the drivers automatically, Nimrod also has some hacked drivers for Windows Vista 32 and 64 bit here: https://digiex.net/downloads/downlo...tooth-dongle-vista-32-bit-x86-64-bit-x64.html and even for Windows XP 32bit: https://digiex.net/downloads/downlo...rbta-bluetooth-dongle-windows-xp-sp2-sp3.html It works perfectly with my HTC Desire and old Nokia N95. I have used it with many other random phones / devices and it has always worked fine over the years... not bad for something that cost me around £2 delivered.
Update: I use this adapter MINI USB 2.0 BLUETOOTH V2.0 EDR DONGLE WIRELESS ADAPTER | eBay and it works great with my phone.
hi there.. has anyone here tried linking Plantronics BUA-100 with any standard bluetooth keyboard? I have tried looking for a driver but can't seem to find one.. help is highly appreciated ツ
