    You won't get banned, this is simply a mini-game under the section of "Trial Game" (or Demos).

    This can be found on Amazon and eBay for sale, it comes in a normal Xbox 360-like case with the cover, but the game is downloadable not on a disc.

    That I remember, no. It just doesn't show up its game cover because it's not connected online, I think.
