I'm not much of a fast-food guy but when for a long time I've been avoiding them because most don't wear gloves or have any hygiene control, they pretty much use their "normal" clothes and their hands are used for the coins/notes and the food which is isn't very hygienic at all.

So disregarding these shitty chicken shops, when I eat outdoors I tend to go to Subway because there you see them using gloves, you get to choose what the sandwich comes with and you can always refill your Subway cup with the drinks they have available.

Plus with the Subway card you can get rewards with it so there's just no reason to eat at unhealthy places really.

By the way, if this seems like I'm doing publicity for Subway well it isn't, it's just my honest opinion and preference.

I agree, a lot of the little chicken / takeaway places like that are pretty dirty. I never really go to anywhere like that, i would sooner go to a proper cafe / coffee shop.

Subway is really nice, the food is fresh and they have my favourite crisps (Doritos), so i'm more than happy there! The Footlong Italian BMT is where it's at, as it happens i had one yesterday (Y).
