You will find it hard to find free stuff like that as it will just be abused by spammers, however you can get pretty cheap Linux VPS servers for a few £ / $ a month. Can you not just run your application locally in a virtual machine? that would free. You could also try Microsoft's Azure if you need RDP / Windows, it seems you can get 30 days of free credits when you sign up: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/free/ you probably do need a credit / debit card for that though.
