Hi! First and foremost I found this site because of the Pokémon distribution ROMs in the Download Center. I love that you preserve these things. That being said, the things I want to provide for it come from the Gigaleak, and so I was wondering if it's "kosher" enough for this site or not. If not, that's fine. But since they were used for Mystery Gift stuff I thought they could be good additions to the archives if they're allowed. Thank you for reading and have a lovely day.

Well, there are 2 things, again both from the Gigaleak: 1) A Japanese DS ROM that allows you to make custom Mystery Gifts for wireless distribution, including Azure Flute. It's PokemonFushigiDS1006.zip if you ever had access to any of the files from the leak. 2) XY_HAISHIN (xy.cia & xydebug.cia) are the Gen VI 3DS app that managed Mystery Gifts for that generation. I also have the event distributor files that were given to me by someone else, but I don't know where to put them on my SD to see if they work properly with the app. I was thinking if I shared that stuff here, those who are more technically minded could figure it out. However please note that to install the apps, they all have the same TID as Pokémon X, so back up any save file if you have that installed. To run it, hold X+Y to start distribution mode or A+B to start download mode (however there are naturally no more events to download, so this mode is useless AFAIK.) ResetSV.cia from the HAISHIN folder resets your save data or something as far as I can tell. xydebug.cia is probably a debug version of xy.cia but I could not get it to run. I'd wanted to change my system region to Japanese to see if it would work that way but the CTRTransfer image was a torrent and I don't feel like downloading a torrent client for one measly file so I never did get around to doing that.
I don't see how to edit my post so I'll just add this now that I've had time to remember it: I noticed that the Professor Oak account is always the one to post ROMs in the downloads section, but they tend to not be online often according to their profile. Should I wait for them to message me or should I post the ROMs myself, or...?
