Hey I have done as is on the page, got the firmware running and playing games on my psp street, I have a small enquiry I pressed triangle under the "memory stickā„¢" folder under games to play sum games and I saw a group content button, and there's folders like minis, pc engine and neo geo, what do they do and is it possible for me to play games for those with the emulators under the "I want emulators" section of this page,,, where do I put the emulators, into games? Into the ISO folder? Please let me know asap:-)

You could buy PC Engine and Neo Geo games on the PlayStation Store i believe.

Unzip the emulators you download and put the in PSP\Game\Emulatorname\ with the EBOOT.PBP and any other files in that folder. After you can load the emulator from the PSP's menu.

As an example it should be PSP/GAME/Snes9X/ EBOOT.PBP & any other files should go in the Snex9X folder.

    Hey,

I have a blue PSP 2001 (I think) that I had flashed a long time ago and put aside because my memory card got too full and it was too tiny to play anything anymore. I want to upgrade my memory stick and, if possible, update my flash. The problem is...I have no idea how to do this. It was like 2009 I think when I did this. lol

My CFW is 6.60 PRO-B10 if it helps.

    How do I do this?

Copy all the content off your current memory stick to the PC, put the new memory stick in the PSP and format it. Copy your content back from the PC, job done.

You can install the latest CFW as per the first post.

Thanks man, I appreciate the super quick help! :)

One last thing before I go...if you do not mind?

If I wanted to reset to OFW for now while I wait for my new card to arrive, are these steps correct?

    1. Download OFW 6.60
    2. Extract EBOOT.PBP to /PSP/GAME/UPDATE
    3. Download & Extract Chronoswitch to /PSP/GAME
    4. Launch Chronoswitch & use it to downgrade to OFW 6.60
    5. Format memory stick (for "freshness")

Would that be the correct step for doing something like that?

Yes that should work fine, normally when downgrading it will tell you that your settings are corrupt after and make you factory reset the PSP, not sure if that will be the case as your downgrading to the same firmware version. If not you might well need to factory reset the PSP after as you will essentially just be removing the CFW.

    Hi.

I have a simple question, and google has been of no help.

I have just started getting back into playing the psp. I installed the 6.60 pro c custom firmware about 3 years ago, but haven't touched the psp in about 2 1\2 years. Not sure if I can permanently flash it, get to that later.

Anyway back to the question. How do you get into the menu with the cheats and everything? I have tried pressing and holding select, nothing. Tried select and the mute button together. Nothing. Both shoulder buttons. Nothing.

Select gets me into the vsh menu, but I can't find out how to get into the in game menu with cwcheats et al.

Hello. I recently installed the update and after running pro update, my psp 2000 has become unresponsive to any button inputs. I have tried resetting, uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting the files and performing the process again, then reformatting the drive to start over again. I am currently using version 6.61. The fast recovery returns the same results when ran after resetting, becoming unresponsive. Is there a fix to this? I followed the instructions as written.

I'm trying to get this on my PSP 3001 and it's not working?
is there a video that can show me how to do it?
I fell like I'm missing something after downloading the custom firmware because it's not showing me anything after I've copied it to my PSP on the PSP like the picture shows above.

UPDATE: I got on there! just make sure that you have the full GAME file in the PSP folder on the PSP
but for some reason when I run it, it's just a black screen?
