I use an Android to download all my stuff, but when trying to download 360 games they need unpacking first, but the Android has a 4gb limit, so when trying to unpack an 8gb rar file it gets half way and fails. I read somewhere that the Total Commander app works around this fine but I haven't tried it because I don't want to waste time downloading a big file on my phone if it won't work. Has anybody tried this or knows of a way to remedy my problem?

    Thanks!

What are you downloading to? the SD Card? I suspect the SD card is FAT32 formatted which has a 4gb file size limit. You can try seeing if your device will let you format this as ExFAT, which has no such limits. You will erase any data on the SD card by formatting however.

I'm downloading to the Android's internal memory then trying to unpack it, but it won't. I then ftp to my Xbox after.

A quick update. I found 7zipper and it worked great for this. It's the only one that seemed to do it.
