Hey Digiex community! I’ve been feeling a bit nostalgic lately and thought this might be a fun question to ask: What’s the very first video game you ever played, and what kind of memories do you have of it? For me, it was Super Mario Bros. on the NES. I played it at my cousin’s house when I was probably 5 or 6 years old. I had no idea what I was doing, but I was absolutely hooked by the music, the bright colors, and how fun it felt just to move Mario around. That moment pretty much kicked off my lifelong love for gaming. Whether it was on PC, console, handheld, or even an arcade machine—I’d love to hear your story!
I have fond memories of my mom renting a ps1 and playing resident evil 2 (while eating Krystal’s chicken sliders, I remember the taste of mayo and pickle still!) and being blown away at how cool the game was!
