Yeah, I've found that it doesn't work on any newer Dashboards sadly. I was only able to run it perfectly on a modded 6717, I haven't tried on any NXE version but I'm pretty sure it would work the same as in the video at the very top of this thread. Actualy however when I think about it, I have an RGH 17559 system that I sometime launch 6717 with the proto stealth plugin so I can run 6717 for fun, but I if recall correctly, I think a couple times when 6717 was loaded, I was able to launch the 1888 and it actually worked with the Metro sounds, fonts and Controller button icons! (as fun fact: unlike newer versions, the sounds for mostly everything apart from the Blades themselves and the controller button icons are not stored in dash.xex and are pulled from a resource within xam.xex in the flash) by the time of NXE and later, a lot of these were moved to dash.xex). But often, 1888 did still crash on 17559 anyway and give me a black screen and I found it hard to replicate getting it to work like that again and I'm still not 100% sure how it is able to run apart from it needs 6717 to be running already, in my testing for research, anything before 6683 doesn't seem to work at all, and 6683 to some early Metro versions only seem to work with the Proto stealth server and stuff like that, though I think some NXE versions and newer don't require the Proto plugin and can be launched anyway.
