Since the early 2000's I have been a Playstation gamer, collecting games for PS1 and PS2, in the late 2000s I decided to give other consoles a chances (specifically Wii and Xbox 360) and I've been hooked ever since, even to this day I still constantly purchase and play games for the 7th gen consoles almost daily, but I have been considering building my (physical) gaming library and exploring new titles which is why I'm considering getting a PS4, but I wonder is a PS4 worth it?
I think that will really depend on if the PS4 has any exclusive games you wish to play. I purchased a PS4 to create some content for Digiex: https://digiex.net/forums/playstation-4-guides.139/ I'll be honest the PS4 has run Linux more than I've played actual PS4 games on it. I'm a very selective gamer these days though. I'm sure some of the exclusives are good, I'm just not personally that interested in them.
