After some tests I've concluded the following.. The system update to 2.0.9199 is done on your console but the avatar part of the update is done...
Don't go away from the subject.. the previous 8mb update without avatars just ended "disabling" the avatars of 100% of the people that used it....
Separate names with a comma.
