    Can anyone help with Windows Live Mail?

    Had a computer crash and now one of the user Windows Live Mail accounts won't open. Other users are OK, but this one notes that the users Mail.MessageStore file is being used by another program, like a virus scan. There are no other programs running. I've tried a few suggestions I've found...
