rgh xbox 360. aurora

Hi all, I've got aurora installed on my RGH xbox 360 but I've had to remove a old hard drive and add a new one but now it is taking longer to load and appears to still be trying to read data from the hard drive I removed. Does anyone know if a cache clearing app or program that would work...
