You can go to this link https://www.paypal-activate.com/clac/eml-na-dt and just follow along until it asks you what reward that you want. The very last thing on the list is 5$ for your paypal, that seems like the best offer out of the bunch. Since it seems to be 5USD, chances are it'll only work for the U.S. After you pick your reward, it only asks for an email and does not ask for a password and even the verification for this website says PayPal Inc, so it's not a scam or anything of the sort.
