Anyone know if its possible to stop applications other people have installed from posting rubbish on my wall?

If you hover over the message it displays a "Hide" button should come up in the top right corner, as shown below:

Cheers for that, I think I deleted the posts. Not sure if that’s the same as selecting hide but I shall try that next time!

Edit – ah I see where the hide thing is, on the news feed.

We Need A Dislike Option has been hidden from your News Feed.
In the future, you won't see posts from We Need A Dislike Option.

Hopefully that includes posts on my wall, cheers, never noticed that before!

I don't know about on your wall, but it certainly hides them from your news feed. Glad I could be of service

Facebook became a joke the moment they allowed applications. And retards use them and spam the service up.

What makes me laugh is how you get apps spamming other apps, which is pointless as I don't think you're allowed to make money directly from any app
