    Hey All....

Havent been here for a while now, but im back, and i havent seen this post yet, even tried searching for something similar, i could be duplicating it, if so [Nutter or any other Mod please remove]....

So, 2011 is done {YAY:D} and with that, 2012 comes in.... New series will continue/start this year, and my biggest anticipation is Dexter season 7, this is 1 series i really cannot wait for, it should be starting sometime in September, and if there any other major Dexter fans, they'll know why the eagerness for the new season, really cannot wait for this!! Other series that were awesome in 2011/2012:

    • Vampire Diaries (Ongoing)
    • How I Met Your Mother (Ongoing)
    • Big Bang Theory (Ongoing)
    • 2 And a Half Men (MEH) (Ongoing)
    • Jersey Shore (MEH) New season starting Jan 5 i think?
    • Breaking Bad (Awesome) (Ongoing)
    • House (Ongoing)

So what were some of the Digiex-ers favorites for 2011?

Series I have started watching in the 2011-2012 season are:

    Homeland
    Person of Interest

Both are fantastic new tv shows, Homeland has loads of action, assassination plots and conspiracy in, a bit like 24.

Person of Interest is a great concept, kinda like Minority Report as its about a machine that predicts crimes before they happen, however it doesn't know who the person is, what the crime will be. All they get is a social security number of someone, this person could either be the victim or the person committing the crime.

I also think these shows look interesting, both start later this month:

    Alcatraz
    The River

Existing shows i've continued watching include:

    House
    Big Bang Theory
Cartoons such as Family Guy, American Dad, Southpark
Top Gear (UK) - starts again next week i think.

Don't really look forward to any shows, or know of any new ones to look out for.

Boardwalk Empire dissapointed me a lot with their final of S02 this year. (Killed the only character I remotely liked).

    Anywho... As insanenutter.

I've been watching 'dem cartoons; Family Guy, South Park, Robot Chicken... And The Life and Times of Tim has just started on season 03, but only watch it due to lack of anything else.

Best show and funniest show for me this year, has to be Parks and Recreation, Ron Swanson is the best character created in a long time...

And Dexter S06 was fine by me, different - but I enjoyed it.

And maybe Game of thrones - S02 will be somewhat interesting.

Oh and one of the more funnier cartoon shows, or - like when Family Guy was ended, and came back - Try to watch Beavis & Butthead S09... It's fantastic!! I mostly like when they comment videos, but try it out.

I couldnt agree with you more, Family Guy is for me 1 of the best Animated series playing now! Beavis and Butthead used to rock, and South Park used to be fun to watch, now its abit MEH!

House has also become abit OKAY-ISH in this season, took abit of a while to get into to the season, but it seems like its getting there, i hate it when a series changes so dramatically, like getting rid of Cutty in this season, then taking like 4-5 episodes to get the rest of the original cast members back... Not so cool!

Family Guy is the best animated series too in my opinion, i don't think there is ever really a bad episode. Sometimes it does annoy me where they break off in to a random musical for 5 mins, i must admit i usually fast forward them as they annoy me... sometimes appears like that happens as they has nothing else to put in the episode. Generally though very funny episodes.

House was a bit slow this season, not the best start to a series ever although the new episodes were still interesting. Im not always keen on the massive changes the show has ever couple of years, but i have always ended up liking them. I believe this is supposed to be the last series of house this year too.

I believe so hey, but i also heard that season 7 was supposed to be the last season, i didn't even know that there was a Season 8, until it actually started, and after i saw the 1st episode, which was a bit dumb, because @ the end of Season 7, he's like on a beach or something, then Season 8 starts like where he's in Jail, but it never shows how he got there we all know why he's there though but that's it, so yeah..

American Dad is my favourite Seth Macfarlane show though for me Family guy does top it when they do a Stewie and Brian story. I got into Adventure Time and Regular Show too. I don't actually think I have a favourite cartoon show anymore, I just enjoy them all most of the time. As for non animated shows I enjoy quite a few of them. As InsaneNutter should know ;) He got me into Persons of Interest which I really enjoy and I've got season 1 of Homeland to watch still. I just found a show called Modern Family and am burning through them quite quickly as I really enjoy it. As for shows I've seen for a while now, I loved the ending to Dexter this season just gone but I didn't really love the series as a whole (nothing can top Trinity Killer and that seasons ending IMO). Loved the Top Gear India special so I'm now more excited for it's return. Also enjoying the new dynamics of the team in play on House so looking forward to that coming back on air. Spartacus season 2 should be with us soon and I loved the first series and the prequel Gods of the Arena. Fringe with it's new universe storyline is really intiguing and it might be on it's last series so I hope we can get some good solutions to all the questions they've given us so far. That's all I can think off the top of my head so far, I watch many more shows.

I couldnt agree with you more, trinity killer was the best season ever! Ice Truck Killer had its moments but trinity was the best! the ending of Season 6 for me was also classic,

When Deb saw him do the kill was awesome, even his reaction, that was classic, "OH GOD" you cant top that

1 thing im anxiously waiting for is how he gets out of this 1, i mean there's no dodging this bullet, i heard somewhere that everything that happens in this season (DD KILLER)
Deb Falling in love with him!
everything, all ties in with the next and final 2 seasons of Dexter!! But for me, the ultimate is the Dexter's narration, Harry's Advice and best by far is the way Deb and Dexter act, knowing good and well, that they actually husband and wife in real life, that for me is just awesome!!

I started watching Suits and found it pretty good actually even though it about lawyers and stuff which I'm not too interested in, I found the show good. Looking forward to season 2.
