Fight Night Champion NEED HELP...

Ok, I have FN Champion... And when there is no title update game have blood and cuts... and was so nice... I instaled title update #2 and they removed blood and brutality....
I dont like that anymore.... I want to back to previous status... I deleted title update #2 from cache folder from HDD... but nothing happend... Game is not back to previous state....
ok what I need...

1. Can i somehow setting up FN Champion to be bloody like without patch?
2. .If not, what i must delete to get game to original state without patch...??? I deleted patch from cache folder but game is still same, no Blood....
3. what the best settings in FN champions to be like real box...?

Clear the system cache for all the memory units / hard drive in your Xbox as instructed here: How to Clear Xbox 360 System Cache | Xbox Support

Note that will remove any title updates on your units / hard drive so i would back them up on your PC first.

Unless the update some how modified your save file it should be back to how it was.
