Happy New Year!
Last year I gave up eating a bag of crisps with my sandwich at lunch time and replaced it with some fruit, i'm still doing that now.
This year I think it might be to avoid social media as much as possible. I can't totally avoid it as part of my job involves sharing some blog posts to it each week, I also need Facebook to connect with other people locally who play Pokemon Go. However beyond that I don't really plan to use it much for personal stuff.
