HELP! about title updates and game saves

can someone help me about title updateS? ive read the steps in title update but when im going to do it nothing happens like the TU#3 of nba 2k11 they say that i don't need to put my hardrive so that the console can read my memory unit (FlashDrive) but nothing happens and about SAVES how can i transfer saves using flashdrive from my pc? so PC to xbox360 transfer... tnx....

I don't know about title updates but for gamesaves I think that you need a program like Modio.You load the gamesave to the program and sign it with your profile in your flashdrive then click save to device.
