the media id of my game is is 0000000000000000000000 so i dont know which version to download for my update

still the media id shows like this 00000000000000 sadly i cant show u the pictures of it my problem that some games dont work on my xbox and it tell me that the disc is not supported and some times it tells me it needs to get cleaned my old xbox games work but games like ac3 and Cod blackops 2 ...... i heared that i need to download update for games and put them on flash i do so put my problem that i need to know the media id and every time i download a program that checks media id it shows : 0000000000
Thats your problem, your DVD firmware needs updating. Thats not really something we can discuss here, you will need to speak to who ever hacked your console.
