Crackdown 3 would be pretty awesome, hopefully some fun GTA style missions / gameplay modes could be incorporated in to the game. The second was good for the 4 player co-op, however lacked any major replay value. Other than that i would love to see some new franchises as the last Halo, Gears and CoD games have become really repetitive now.
