Oct. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Nintendo Co. may add accessories to its top-selling Wii game console and upgrade the handheld DS player to maintain its lead over Sony Corp. and Microsoft Corp. without having to match their price cuts. nintendo are planning to combain these to together so you can play ds games on the wii

i actually reackon this would be a good idea because you could actually buy ds games and play them on the wii , better than having two nintendo consoles:D

I don't know. I think its kinda bad. As I like play games on the portable DS. If i wanted to play games on the Wii I would just go buy the game for the Wii. As if they try an make they games playable on the Wii there probably gonna run into a few problems. I'd say just match there prices or include something free would be better for them.

It's ok for the people who got a DS them after bought a Wii as they can play their games but as yous aid above you would jyst buy the game for the console you want it for.

It could be good for some games such as Pokemon if you just need another way to load a second copy of the game to trade or something, I can’t say it’s something I would use... I’ve had a Gamecube for years and never got the GBA player for it.

Depends on what you want really, choice is good (Y)

Well looking back that never did happen, although with the Wii-U you can sort of play Wii-U games on a portable device when released.
