Now tv problem

Hello ,
A few months ago I buy a now tv box from asda. I try to register and do all ,but without success. I forget about the box until today.Today when I try again to activate the developer mode look what appearsn developer settings ,when I click on"enable installer",appearedeveloper mode can be enabled only on a linked device.Please link your device to a Roku account."If I click ok,appeared "enter your Now Tv username"I don't know what to do.can you help me?
