I decided to take all of my hardware out of my old box and put it into a nicer/bigger one.I've reconnected about everything, but I cannot get the power button to work. The group of small wires running from the front of the pc connect to the right hand corner of the motherboard. But nothing is labeled and I don't know what to plug where.Big problem,No power button no pc....

Does anyone have any advice or tips?

ill add some detail later.

Regards

Thats correct then. Though there is like 6 or 8 pins there you just need to plug them into the correct pin to allow it to work. As BonezOz said the most easiest way to do this is to see if your motherboard has a online manual in .pdf format. This way it will show which pin or pins to plug the power button to. Should look something like the picture attached.

Mine is also at the bottom right corner of my motherboard.

Also If all else fails just take the front of the case off and trace which wire goes to where.
