I'm looking to buy a new phone but I have no idea what. I have a budget of between £60-£85 and want it to have a decent camera.

    Suggestions?

Can you spend about £15 more and go to around the £100 mark?

If so there is two different Android based phones you can get that are a pretty decent spec.

Zte Racer Black on Three (it includes a £10 top-up so works out at £99)

    Specs:

    2.8 ” QVGA (240 x 320) touchscreen
256 MB internal memory expandable via microSD card slot (2GB card included)
    3.2 Megapixel camera
    Bluetooth
    Wi-Fi
    GPS
    FM Radio
    Dimensions: 102 x 55 x 14.5 mm
    Weight: 100 g
    Android 2.1

    T-Mobile Pulse Mini - £99

The T-mboile practically has the same specs too.

Getting something that runs Google's Android OS gives you access to 1000's of Applications on the Android marketplace compared to other cheap phone which can no have applications installed on them except them rubbish Java games.

Both Phones have a 3mp camera, can take a Micro SD card to increase the amount of storage on them.

I'd go for the Samsung omnia. You an get it for around £50 now. I've had it for 2 years so its quite old but works great. It has a 5.0 Mega Pixel camera and is touch screen with a weird mouse button which is actually quite cool.

The LG Cookie looks to be going for around £50 on Ebay, If you can get the Samsung Omnia for around £50 that would be a great deal, its Windows Mobile 6 which Microsoft have basically killed off. Of course you can still get a vast verity of applications for the phone and there is nothing wrong with the hardware inside it :)

Though I don't have any specific phones to recommend, I suggest looking for a phone that doesn't have a Windows OS on it first, they have always been pretty bad for me.
