SSDs

any of you guys played with SSD's yet? I bought one yday and I must say the difference is certainly....noticeable? installed XP in <10 minutes and the longest wait in my bootup is my BIOS, lol. However reading some stuff I found online (source) http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-005-OC&tool=3 just wondering if you guys know about these stuttering issues with the more affordable ssd's? I've done the tweaks recommended on the manufacturers website and a quick benchmark comes in at 160-170mb/sec for larger files, a huge improvement on my old 40mb/sec 320gb hdd. Otherwise experience with the drive has been really good. Fast, works perfectly. I personally haven't noticed any problems with the ssd. Recommended

The closest I've come to SSD's are memory sticks and Micro SD cards. I know that Mac Book Air comes with a SSD but seeing as I have no interest in Macs and don't deal with them at work, I haven't come across a SSD yet. When they become cheaper I'll have a look but for now I'm rather happy with my Sata HDDs. Just in case anyone is wondering SSD stands for Solid State Drive

I think they're really quite cheap atm compared to what they have been selling at!
