Yes, it is from Japan so if you order you'll need to use a fee-free card to get the £11.50 price or pay Amazon's converted price (£11.54 so they're not actually overcharging).
Note: This adapter only supports charging, no data transfer. That's fine for me as I FTP all to my Vita.
