The PlayStation Vita and PlayStation TV on firmware 3.60 have been hacked. This is a native hack, meaning it's the actual Vita / PS TV is hacked and not the emulated PSP, meaning any Vita / PlayStation TV currently released to date is now capable of running homebrew.

The new hack, known as "HENKaku", will require the following:

    • A Vita/PSTV running 3.60
    • A memcard with at least 10MB of free space (internal memory is currently not supported!)
    • An FTP client
    • An internet connection
Yifan Lu who released the hack had this to say about it:

The HENkaku hack has been released at https://henkaku.xyz/, you will need to visit HENkaku website to perform the hack and require a PlayStation Vita and PlayStation TV on firmware 3.60.
