I DON'T recommend modifying Firefox in any way. As long as you run the program Firefox should be more then fast enough.
After using it I have seen a bit of a difference. Even my Windows Media Center on my 360 seems to be way more responsive.

You should also add the disabling QoS fix that stops windows reserving bandwidth for itself.

One bad side of this I notice and something I have personal experience with, is if you configure your Firefox like it said to allow up to 100 connections to a web server it will not only annoy webmasters, but most likely slow your connection as many web servers are now configured to ignore more than X connections from the same IP, meaning your browser will be waiting for replies to connections its making and end up with you waiting more for all the content to load.

One thing I can say is if you make 100 connections to the Digiex Web Server at once, your be waiting a long time as it will just ignore you ;)

However allowing 100 connections in uTorrent is a good idea as that connections to tons of peers, and would deff speed it up :)

Yeah Nimrod that was one thing I left alone. My Firefox was at 30 but my connection was at 10 so now that its higher then 30 firefox is much quicker and didn't need any modifications to firefox.

Yeah, only the first part I recommend using. Firefox can take 30 Max Requests while your connections are at 10, so if you make it 30 or higher Firefox can be up to 3X as quick without the need to modify Firefox. As Nimrod said if you make so many connections to Digiex you will be ignored, so I would leave Firefox alone.
