The Boys are back in town!!!!

hopefully they wil be able to show the aussies how it is really done lol

aparently we can expect the boys to be driving HGV lorries as this weeks top gear challenge. as well as having parkinson as the star in a reasonably priced car.

strap in people i think were in for one hell of a ride lol

Windows Media Centre is set to record this, woohoo! That challenge sounds great already, you know it will be funny with Clarkson, May and Hammond.... I’ve been watching the Australia ones, it’s ok at best... nothing compared to the UK series.

Any word on how long the series will be this time?

Edit - Top Gear won an award at the national television awards, just watched this clip on Youtube, great stuff as always!

I found it more funnier that even though Clarksons truck looked the best he had the most limited view and as a result couldn't see that car right beside him lol. So much scraping and grinding of the HGV's, good stuff :D ROFL at Jeremys truck catching fire and Hamster saying to James that he couldn't bare to look at how damaged the car inside his truck was when it wasn't even there! Yup I agree, great way to start off a new series of Top Gear (Y)

Can't say that I've really bothered with Top Gear before and it wasn't what I was expecting at all but I might start watching it more often if they continue like that! Nice sig too, InsaneNutter!

From about Series 7 onwards they have had some great challenges like this one almost every week, if you’re not really bothered about the car reviews just skip them, it’s worth watching for the challenges alone (Y)

only bit I skip is the talkshow bit with a star in a reasonably priced car. majority of them (unless it's like, jamiroquai) are realllllly boring.

yesterday's episode was alright. Some of the 'funny' bits like the truck setting on fire feel a bit staged recently...still hilarious though.

It’s hard to believe that’s wasn’t staged, I mean let’s be honest a truck full of hay and a massive heater was asking for trouble!

Top Gear is scripted anyway ;) Still one of the most funny things I’ve seen on TV in ages though!

Can't wait for the next episode. I'm an american and I can't believe how good the show was. I was expecting alot less.

*Do not view the spoiler inless you've watched it. As this was a great show.*
At the end when he went through that brick wall, I thought forsure he was hurt badly. I'm glad he wasn't
Next show is supose to be about american muscule cars. That will be fun. As those cars pack alot of power.

Yep I was surprised nothing bad happened when he did that!
Hammond did have a major accident that almost killed him whilst filming Top Gear a year or two ago, luckily he’s made a pretty good recovery.

Top Gear did an American Special last year I think it was that might interest you, I think its Series 9 – Episode 3. That’s defiantly one of my fav episodes along with the Polar Special and Winter Olympics.
