    Can you tell me how to restore to the "new" stock firmware ???? I have downloaded dashboard 2.0.13142.0 and next download dashboard 2.0.13145.0 but when i connect usb to xbox ... i see same problem :((

    I can't update ... it always : can't process the update If the problem persists go to Microsoft Xbox Support | Help for Xbox 360, Xbox LIVE, and Kinect status nCode : 3356 - 335A - 1600 -0703 - C000 - 0099 Now i'm on dashboard 2.0.13142.0
