Nah its done by the type of DVD drive in your console, not by region.

Do you have this new update installed before M$ rolled it out to you?

If you do then I'd put those codes down to that if none of you have modded consoles.

To determine the two best Dashboard Update 2.0.13146.0 xXXBOXxHACKERXx my father put it in the forum, but does not connect to Xbox Live

I have this problem too. I NEVER modded firmware. 100% OFFICIAL firmware Lite-on 9435
Maybe MS change 'modded firmware' marker? 2 day live all banned consoles!!!
 
A good (unbanned and good connected) xbox shows:
X: 0000-F021
Y: 00A8-4840
Z: 0000-0000

Xbox, banned, manual IP settings:

X: 0000 - 000D
Y: 00A8 - 6800
Z: 8015 - 190D

Xbox, banned, with auto IP settings:

X: 0000 - F009
Y: 00A8 - 6820
Z: 8015 - 190D

This is the final version beta testers got it early and this is being rolled out region by dvd model but you can install it but wont be able to connect until your drive is allowed to go on

also dont install this on a modifyed dvd drive it will wipe it and reinstall a new stock fw
