turns out their was an issue with the dvd disk drive board that was preventing the update shop where we purchased the xbox ordered the part and replaced it might shell out the money to have my other one repaired to but idk cause mine was part of the insiders club- kit haberman

microsoft a factory reset tool that rolled my nephews os version back to 10.0.22000.3055.amd64fre.xb_flt_2111co.211213-1700 do you have an older version of the tool to roll it back even further to say march 2021 or maybe a copy of the january or febuary update my nephew is 9 he is from a low...- kit haberman
