    I had it figured out. download the bootable usb creator tool to c:\ unzip it to the same folder right click tool as administrator do everything...

    Regarding missing ms-dos files, actually, it comes with Bootable USB drive creator tool after you unzip. I got same error says the no ms-dos file....
