    xbox 360 themes now profile locked as well as console

    I tried two consoles (with latest beta: 2.0.16167.0 )with themes I bought from xbox live ,custom made, drm free and LIVE themes that are converted to CON data. works fine @seanpr92 did you tried to transfer license between consoles? @ Michael_T custom theme's works fine
