    for anyone still trying to do this via emulation, I recommend Pizza Boy GBA Pro on android, open the distribution rom first(will be host) then select multiplayer(local wireless) and when prompted if same rom, select different rom and select your fire red rom(with a mystery gift unlocked save)...
